Sugarhouse Streetcar

The Sugarhouse Streetcar project, currently under construction, is 2-mile long streetcar line in existing UTA right-of-way that will connect to the existing TRAX light rail. REDCON has provided part of the mapping, including 3D laser scanning, and all of the construction surveying services for this project.

The project is slated to service South Salt Lake, Salt Lake City and the Sugarhouse area. With 3,000 riders planned daily, the cities hope is to stimulate business, commercial and retail development.
